Because I hand-pick fish on a per order basis, once I acquire the fish it is non refundable. A credit may be issued for the amount of the fish, but refunds are prohibited once the fish has been picked up.

No Quarantine fish do not go through my quarantine process. Non-quarantined fish MUST BE picked up within the same day I hand-pick them from my supplier. I usually pick up on Fridays, but if there is a delay I will email you. For shipping: When your fish becomes available, the fish must be shipped within 2 business days.

Quarantined fish are kept at my facility for 2 weeks before being shipped. I make sure all fish are eating properly and have no diseases that could be introduced into your aquarium.

All fish are picked up on a per order basis. I may or may not have some fish in stock (which will ship sooner), but generally I go and hand-pick your fish order the same week it is ordered and prepare for quarantine.

Special ordered fish can take up to 2 weeks to receive. Please be patient as the wait is definitely worth it!

Hyposalinity, copper, and light freshwater dip are HUGE in quarantining fish.

What is hyposalinity?

• Hyposalinity is exactly what it sounds like. Lower salt content. Hyposalinity allows more oxygen to diffuse in saltwater allowing any fish with possible parasites to breathe properly. This can greatly improve the longevity of the fish.

Why copper?

• Copper is a known medication throughout the saltwater aquarium industry that treats parasites on fish effectively. Some fish may be sensitive to copper, so I use a lower dosage that is still effective for removing possible parasites on fish.

Freshwater Dip

• Only used if fish flukes are present.

Yes, there is a standard 24 hour DOA guarantee on fish.

Guarantee will be void if:

• The fish is clearly beat up
• The fish "disappears in the tank"
• No photo is sent
• If you acclimate the fish wrong

Photos must be sent to info@corals4u.us within 24 hours of receiving the fish. Credit will be issued for the price amount of the fish if DOA is valid.

Free shipping only applies to coral. Even if 1 fish is added to your coral order, shipping is mandatory. Shipping cost varies on how many fish are in your order and will be finalized before shipment.
