SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY:

SHIPPING DATES MUST BE COORDINATED WITH ME PRIOR TO SHIPPING. PLEASE EMAIL ME AT INFO@CORALS4U.US TO SET UP A SHIPPING DATE!

ALL AQUACULTURED CORALS HAVE A 14 DAY GUARANTEE! 

WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON CORALS4U.US , YOU ADHERE TO ALL POLICIES.

**All coral photos are taken with a Samsung S24 ULTRA with orange lens under blue lighting. This is very standard in the industry.**

SECTION I


  • To be eligible for a replacement / store credit with aquacultured corals:
    • Coral must be on original frag plug
    • Coral must show signs of progressive death. For example, the coral cannot die "suddenly".
    • Other Acropora (if any) must be healthy and alive in system. I will need proof of this when photos are sent.
    • All photos must be sent within 14 days to info@corals4u.us

SECTION II

    • All live animal orders are shipping UPS Overnight Shipping
    • Processing times vary, but usually only take 1 business day. All orders need to be processed properly before we ship
    • All orders include free shipping over $299! Additional box charges may be charged for colonies of corals and/or shipments of over 20+ frags.
    • In the rare case of a DOA, please send photos to info@corals4u.us. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US ON INSTAGRAM. We need the photos for our records in email and to properly assist you. 
    • There is a 2 hour standard DOA guarantee within the time the package is delivered. If the coral does not look healthy (to my eyes, not yours) upon arrival then the guarantee is extended to 24 hours (as long as you do not put the coral through anything strenuous during this time period; for example any type of dip).
    • We must be notified of any unhealthy or dead corals within the first 2 hours of scheduled delivery (this is by 12 PM local time if not delayed. More information on delays below). If we are not notified, guarantee is void.

We do not offer refunds on shipped corals. Credit will be issued if there are any issues with orders that are already shipped. There are absolutely no returns.

  • Replacement corals are sent on your next order. 
  • We do not cover or refund any delays whatsoever. Keep in mind if an order is shipped on Thursday and is delayed, you will not receive it until Monday.
  • There will be a 15% cancellation fee if a customer requests a cancellation on any corals that are WYSIWYG. Buying and canceling an order makes other inquiring/potential customers miss out on corals that they could have purchased.

 

Fish Shipping and Refund Policy

Once fish are ordered from my supplier, your fish order becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All fish are not quarantined. I do, however, go and handpick the fish to make sure they are healthy and do not have any visible diseases. If you would like me to quarantine them, please email me and we can talk about arrangements/quarantine pricing. 
  • Fish come with a standard 2 hour DOA. Anything beyond 2 hours of scheduled delivery is beyond my control. I absolutely do not cover delays that are out of my control.
  • If you are unsuccessful with picky eaters, please try adding garlic or selcon to your frozen fish food. 95% of the time this gets fish to eat.
  • Fish will NEVER have free shipping. Due to lower pricing of the fish and the weight/box sizes of fish, there is no room to give free shipping for fish unfortunately. If this changes in the future, everyone will be notified.
  • It can take up to 30 days to source your fish (not including weekends). This does not include special order fish. There is more information on special order fish below.
  • If the 30 day period passes for your fish and I still cannot find a healthy (enough) specimen for you, then it is up to your discretion whether you want to keep waiting or not. I will never force you to wait after this time period. As soon as you place your order, I work with my supplier immediately to place your fish order so I can get your order out ASAP! I will notify you when your fish order has been placed, but please keep in mind; once the order is placed the order becomes non-refundable for the next 30 days.
  • Fish are not in stock ever.
