- We do not recommend dipping. These corals are clean and healthy—dips can stress or kill sensitive species.

1) Shipping
- Carrier: FedEx Priority Overnight for all live animals.
- Handling: Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears, depending on order volume, weather, and livestock availability.
- Rates: $39 FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping. Orders $249+ qualify for Free Shipping.
- Regions excluded: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military bases, APO/FPO, or any P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for delivery.
- Address accuracy: Orders ship to the exact address entered at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is complete and correct, including apartment/unit numbers. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or discarded packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
- Unsafe or un-deliverable addresses: If FedEx determines that a location is unsafe for delivery, the package may be held or discarded. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued in these cases.
- FedEx liability: Once a shipment leaves our facility, FedEx assumes responsibility for the package. We have no control over carrier delays, misroutes, or lost packages. We will assist you with tracking or claims, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
- Stolen or misplaced packages: Packages scanned as “delivered” by FedEx are considered successfully delivered. CORALS4U is not liable for theft, porch piracy, or misplacement after delivery confirmation.
- Delays and weather: We may delay shipment for weather, routing, or safety reasons. We reserve the right to ship “Hold at FedEx Location” to protect livestock during extreme heat or cold.

- Home delivery: Monday–Wednesday only.
- Thursday: Available only with Hold at FedEx Location and confirmed Saturday Delivery. Missed pickups void all DOA or 72-hour coverage.
- No Friday shipments unless pre-approved and the buyer acknowledges risk in writing.
- No shipments the day after national holidays or during known FedEx service interruptions.
2) 72-Hour Coral Guarantee
We stand behind every coral we ship. All livestock is guaranteed alive for 72 hours after delivery. If a coral arrives DOA or dies within 72 hours, we will issue store credit or a replacement of equal value. No refunds.
- Proof requirement: A clear photo of any DOA coral must be emailed within 2 hours of FedEx delivery confirmation showing the coral in the sealed bag. For post-delivery losses (within 72 hours), send clear in-tank photos or video.
- Do not discard livestock until instructed. Failure to follow instructions voids the guarantee.
- Frag plugs: Corals must remain attached to their original plug for 72 hours. Removing, dipping, fragging, or exposing to poor conditions voids coverage.
- Shipping costs: Shipping is non-refundable and not covered on replacement or credit orders.
- Exclusions: We do not cover color variation, minor polyp retraction, growth rate, or issues caused by tank conditions (light, flow, aggression, chemistry, or instability). Losses due to FedEx delay or missed delivery are not covered.
3) Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds once an order has shipped.
- Cancellations: WYSIWYG or Cut-to-Order corals canceled before shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Duplicate shipping: If you pay shipping more than once for combined orders, excess charges will be refunded automatically.
- Shipping cost: Non-refundable under all circumstances, including carrier delay, missed delivery, or DOA events.
4) Risk, Claims & Disputes
- FedEx is the responsible party once a package leaves our facility. We will assist you with tracking or filing claims but cannot issue compensation until a claim is resolved.
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates this policy. This document will be used in disputes as proof of agreement.
- All communication must be in writing via info@corals4u.us. We stand behind our livestock and will work with you to resolve legitimate issues.
